Core memory unlocked—I would bet that 80% of households in the 80s/90s had a can of Murray’s Pomade for waves—my dad did! He said that because of Murray's Pomade, when he moved from Washington, D.C. to Hampton University, they called him “Wavy TV 10” (the local news station).

My mom and I held court in the kitchen to straighten my hair using the hot comb and finished it with Luster’s Pink Lotion. I can still smell it!
